Any cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

Damaged Artwork

Upon delivery, please fully inspect each item for any damages. Damaged returns must be made within 15 days of receipt and must be approved prior to return shipping; shipping costs and adjustments, such as cut fees will not be reimbursed.

In the case that damage occurred during shipment, claims must be filed by the customer directly with shipper. Upon delivery, it is essential to report in writing to the carrier/driver on the bill of lading. If damage is reported later it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to file a claim for damage with the shipper. Please take photos of the damage, packaging, and retain all packing documentation required to submit a claim. If you are not happy with your purchase for other reasons, please contact me. I stand behind all my artwork and we will work together to come up with the best solution.

Domestic Shipping within the United States

Shipping is provided within the United States. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 7-14 business days.

If for any reason there is a delay in processing, the customer will be directly notified.

All orders are delivered through USPS/ FEDEX/ UPS. Shipping Includes tracking, and professional packaging.
